Made of 100% cow milk.
Dry matter rate is 55%.
Fat percentage is 45% of dry matter for full-fat kinds, and 50%
of dry matter for low-fat kinds.
Salt percentage is 3%.
This is considered an excellent table cheese, and is eaten fresh
after reducing its salt content by soaking in warm water.
The product is filled and wrapped in food-grade shrink bags of
approximately 400gms each.
Double Cream
Available Brands:
Mabroukeh, Al-Raee, Lara.
Made of fresh cow milk whey.
Dry matter rate is 40%.
Fat percentage is 25% of dry matter, and is therefore considered
of the low-fat kinds.
This is considered one of the protein-richest kinds of cheese,
with a high nutritional value and easy digestion.
This kind falls among table-cheeses, and is either eaten fresh
or with salads.
The product is filled and wrapped in food-grade shrink bags of
approximately 400gms each.
